Every card is sold through the Etsy shop, made to order in Munich and sent with tracking. The listing always shows the binding terms for your country.

- Shipping cost, the delivery estimate and availability for your country are shown on the Etsy listing, at checkout — always current, never out of step with the shop.
- How it is packed
- Mounted on black board with corners, inside a matte black envelope closed by hand with molten wax under the mark R·A.
Returns and cancellations
- Returns
- Accepted within 30 days of delivery — longer than the 14 days EU law requires. Return postage is paid by the buyer.
- Cancellations
- Accepted any time before the card ships. Once a number has been engraved, the card is yours alone.
- Right of withdrawal (EU)
- Buyers in the EU may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The full statutory notice and model form are part of the Etsy listing.
- Damaged in transit
- Replaced free of charge — send a message with photographs.
- Damaged later
- Your Numerus is yours for life. Send the card back to the workshop and a new one is engraved with the same number for €12.90 plus shipping; the damaged card is retired in the ledger. Arrange it through an Etsy message.
